Description

Windows CE does not automatically correct the time to account for daylight savings time. To enable Windows CE to correctly calculate the time, call this program from your control panel and enable when daylight savings time begins; execute and disable it when it ends. This is very useful if each time you synchronize with your desktop it changes your time to a different hour.

Installation Instructions

IMPORTANT. You have to enable daylight savings each time you reset your hpc, because windows disables DST.
(You can create a shurtcut in your startup directory to the control panel.
ex: "ctlpnl.exe" dls.cpl,DayLight CE,0,0
or: "dlsv.exe" /DLSV /FOL /CLOSE )
