I think I found it! There's also a number of other programs on here that I think might be missing from the SCL so far

Sadly Pocketkai.com doesn't support encrypted connections, so I'm very hesitant to do any sort of paying on there if I wanted to get the full version

I checked the files of the demo release, and it very much does seem to be made with eVB! That's exciting
