Runs on the Pocket PC.

Allows you to develop and compile applications on the PPC.
Trial period is 10 days.
Note: You can only compile with Basic4ppc Full Version (on the PPC)

Basic4ppc main features are:

Complete development environment on the Pocket PC or the desktop.
Build your applications GUI with the visual designer, add some code and your done.

SmartHelp and AutoComplete.
Whenever you write a controls name, a list of all its properties and methods pops-up for you to
choose from.
When writing one of the keywords, it syntax will show up to help you get through all the parameters.

Distribute your applications royalty free.
Users can use your applications without paying anything.
After compiling your application with Basic4ppc you can copy (or beam) your compiled
application to anyone with Basic4ppc Runner (freeware) installed.
Compiled applications can be launched like any other program from the Programs icons.
(Basic4ppc doesn't compile to native language, but to an intermediate language.)

WYSIWYG Visual Designer.
Place a control on the form, drag it, resize it, and change it's properties.
With the Visual Designer you can focus on the real programming and build the GUI in no time.

Basic4ppc is based on Microsoft .Net Compact Framework.
Microsoft .Net CF is the new leading way to develop applications that are compatible with all
hand held computers running Microsoft OS.
Devices with Windows Mobile 2003 SE are already installed with .Net CF sp2.
Older devices need to install it before using Basic4ppc.

Basic4ppc and Basic4ppc Runner requires:

Microsoft .Net Compact Framework 1.0 sp2 (already installed with Windows Mobile 2003 SE , occupies
about 1.5 mb)


Basic4ppc Desktop requires:

Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1
Windows 2000 / Windows XP
