From the author:

DirMap is the best choice for representing your memory space usage.

DirMap represent the memory usage with a graphical view where each file and folder is represented as a rectangle which area is proportional to the size of the file/folder. Using this representation you can easily locate large files and folders.

Dirmap can also list the content of any folder by sorting all files and subfolders by size.

Installation Instructions

Install .NET Compact Framework 1.0 SP2 or SP3 on your Windows CE device if it is not already installed. (.NET CF 1.0 is available for download here in the Download Centre.) Then download the CAB file for your device's processor, copy it onto the device, and execute the CAB to install. (For StrongARM SA-1110 devices, use DirMap_PPC.ARM.cab; for newer ARM devices use DirMap_PPC.ARMv4.cab.)

NOTE: On Windows CE 2.0 and 2.11 devices, the file extension .net must be added to the application's name in order for it to run. The executable is not processor-specific and will run on an SH4 device with .NET CF 1.0 installed even though no SH4 CAB file is included.
