Description

After installing Pocket Automap Streets on your handheld computer, you can use the H/PC Explorer to copy area maps from the H/PC Explorer 1.1 CD-ROM to your H/PC.
On your desktop computer, use the Windows Explorer to locate the Automap\Maps directory on your H/PC Explorer 1.1 CD-ROM. You will find 53 map files, each of which is named for the area it covers. Drag one or more of these files into the HP/C Explorer to copy the map to your H/PC. You can place them anywhere on your H/PC, but we suggest My Handheld PC\Program Files\Automap in the H/PC Explorer. The number of maps you can copy to your H/PC is limited only by the amount of memory available on your H/PC.

You can reduce the time it takes to copy maps to your H/PC by changing the data transfer rate. Under H/PC Explorer Help, click on the "Tips and Tricks" section and look under "Connection Agent Tips."
