Cash Organizer 2000 envisages the possibility to plan future payments (wage, credit, lease, etc.) so that users may know what payments are to be effected or got.
Cash Organizer 2000 enables users to supervise a great number of simultaneously-implemented projects (home, work, car etc.). Thanks to this function you may plan and analyse expenses and income and estimate efficiency of both a group of projects taken as a whole and each project taken separately.
Integration with MS Pocket Outlook Contacts makes it possible to relate any payment to a definite contact and even to use it instead of Outlook Contacts.
Reports allow to comprehensively analyse information accumulated.
At the sometime Cash Organizer 2000 ensures data exchange with other programs. Cash Organizer 2000 can export data in format QIF (Quicken, MS Money), PXL (MSPocket Excel), HTML, Text/w tab stop and import data from QIF (Quicken, MS Money).
Password protection is also provided to prevent unauthorized access to the program. The possibility to archive and restore will safely prevent you from information losses.
