The purpose of the game is to get rid of all the cards in a hand. A deck of 36 cards are used from the 6 to the ace. At the beginning of the game, each player gets 5 cards. The deck in is the middle. The first play is made by who has the most points in his hand, or who won the previous round. You play any card. The next player covers the card with a card of the same suit. If a "6" is played, then you can play a "6" of any suit. If you don't have a playable card, you draw from the deck. You play until the deck is exhausted, then it is replayed. If a "6" is played, then the next player draws 2 cards and passes. If a "7" is played, then you have to take 1 card and pass. An ace you just pass. Queens are the only trump card and can cover any card. The person playing a queen can declare the next suit for cards played. You win when you empty your hand. You play until someone reaches 100..the lowest scoring player wins. The only cards that count against you are the ace (11 points), the king (4 points), queen (20 points), jack (2 points, and the 10 (10 points). Other cards are zero value and don't hurt you.
