Description

Quackenchat provides mobile access to IRC servers from Windows CE devices.

Developed by Alpaxo Software, Kirk Meyer and Michael Vincent have released the source code of Quackenchat into the public domain to allow servicing and continued development of the program by the community.

Requires Embedded Visual Basic 3.0 to compile.
