OverviewAfter upgrading to ActiveSync version 3.7 or 3.7.1 you may receive an error after you cradle your Handheld PC and attempt to Synchronise with Microsoft Outlook on the host while it is closed. Microsoft Outlook Synchronisation
ActiveSync cannot log on to Microsoft Outlook. Make sure Microsoft Outlook is installed and functioning correctly. You may need to restart your computer. -or- Microsoft Outlook Synchronisation cannot be started because you are not able to log on to the network and access information. Restart your desktop computer and synchronise again. If the problem persists, contact your network administrator.
