A way to change the default icons?

Is there a way, to replace the program icons to custom made ones, on the jornada 720? I saw a screenshot somewhere, and i'd like to know if there's a way, or could it be that the screen was a fake.

I posted a mod in with one of my skins in the general section which changes the My Handheld PC, Control Panel, Databases and 'sort of' the recycle bin.

Other than that, CE doesn't have the functionality

Ok.. I found some of your visual styles, in the HPC desktops thread. But I could only find a screenshot. Is there a way to download your mod? I could not find anything else.
