How to submit updated specs for devices

I noticed that the device specs for the Sharp Mobilon HC-4500 are a bit incomplete and I'm interested in submitting updates to these specs for review.

I'm new to this site, so I'm a bit ignorant on the proper channels to do this. Would anyone be willing to point me in the right direction?
