Linksys EC2T (Abocom) Freezing MobilePro 790

Hi, I just got the Linksys EC2T (Abocom) version and I'm having issues with it freezing the whole system on my MobilePro 790 (running CE3.0) until card is removed/device is reset.
The odd thing is, my MobilePro 700 (running CE2.0) and my MobilePro 900 (running CE4.2) both work correctly with this card.

If you put other PCMCIA cards in the 790, does it freeze then?

It does not, it even works with the DLINK version of that EC2T with no issues whatsoever.
I even did a factory reset and out of the box, the system freezes upon insertion of the Abocom variant card
(No option to input driver name is present, I assume it just force loads the NE2000 driver)

Try deleting the NE2000 driver from the registry and see what happens
