These are ultra rare nowadays...
There are 2 in existence that work with Palmtop PCs,
The Trans Digital (as in your picture),
and the Quatech SPP-100
They pop up on ebay maybe once or twice per year,
and they are usually purchased quickly after appearing for sale.
I would recommend you use a service like lazyperks,
it monitors ebay for you continuously and it will send you a mail if something pops up for sale,
so you can buy immediately before someone else does...
