Could do, but it uses my own port nothing else . I'm looking for BETA testers, any offers?

Nick

How about a SH3 build for 680e? ...

I'll think about it, it means rewriting it to 2.11. I've got only one bug left to fix before it's listed on my website, I don't know if anyone knows how to fix it and its probably realy simple but:

When I send a message, the other users get the message scrambled like this:

J
ornada: Hi

Its realy annoying and I can't seem to find a fix

Ok, do you mind if I just gave you the .vb file? I'll try and get a cab made for you though.

Similarly, I also have the 680e SH-3 ... so I'll need a rebuild to test.

... rewriting to 2.11? ... for most part, its just a drop-down selection and recompiling right? ... at least that's how it was for my apps I wrote for WinCE ... unless we use some of the APIs from the 3.0 set.

Well no it doesn't, I will have to rewite the whole of the code, Anyhow there will only be a HPC2000 version until BETA Release 3, about a week , so for now here is BETA Release 1, The server verson is all setup on my server, please note it is not secure in anyway and anything you say is logged on my server .

You can download the HPC 2000 Version here:

Hehehe, I'm a H/PC Philosopher!

Well as it uses my own in house protocol it will only connect to the nickcharlton.org.uk server, I'm not going to release an SDK, yet anyway.

I like the fullscreen idea, i'll write that on down on my things to add list.

I'm going to start work on BETA Release 2 tommorow, with any luck it should only take a few days.

OK, I'm finished with the XP style window... here's the things I managed to implement:

(1). Draggable by holding stylus on any area of window and dragging.
(2). Real time dragging, the window moves and it's dragged ... no extra little outline box.
(3). Maximize/Restore functionality.

Things left to complete are:

(1) Allow for complete control over resizing of the window, perhaps by dragging out the bottom left corner.

But the demonstration program is just to show that HPC programs don't have to be as dull as some of the ones I've seen. I'm planning on following this post with a link to the C++ code I wrote which is the bones behind this window... for others to learn from, providing this is okay?

I also documented each and every line almost, to make it as simple as it can be to follow the code.
