Hey guys, I was just wondering if there was any tutorials for pocket pc\windows mobile 2003 programming? Why do I say this, well because i see not a’lot of programming tutorials for the pocket pc/windows mobile 2003 operating system, so I was just asking. Heck, I could learn a new programming language this way plus what programming language does the pocket pc/windows mobile 2003 os use? Thanks and have a great day and happy thanksgiving to all of you!

There was never a lot of CE period, mostly you were expected to look at examples and read the horrible API documentation (or there-in lack of) in order to boot strap yourself into getting something working.

Getting started on c#/VB .net is a lot easier than C++ WinCE or MFC as you can effectively code a normal .net app and just target it to the .net CF rather than the full one. Otherwise, it's full-pain C++.

I believe Visual Studio 2008 was the last release which could target .net programming [for Windows CE] Correct me if I’m wrong, C:Amie

So I’d probably focus efforts on that version and going from there.
