Hey all, this is the issue: Have a nice Nokia 9210 but once I turned it off and then on again and now both screens just flash. I've tried a hard reset but it doesn't help.

Any idea what I can do to alleviate this issue or is it bricked?

Thanks for that! Unfortunately it seems like it's a bit different from my issue. I should have explained myself better. In my case, it's like the phone is stuck in an infinite boot loop. It boots up but before it's fully booted the screen turns white then turns off and repeats itself until I take the battery out. Such a shame as the phone is in top notch shape and I believe the battery is still really good in spite of its age.

Remove battery
Press ctrl + shift + f
Insert battery
Keep the keys pressed until a menu with two options (format and cancel) appear
Format and let the phone restart
Ta-dá!
(I've fixed my 9300 like that)
