Okay, the Jornada 430se is a Palm Size PC, not a Pocket PC..
2.) You can find some games and apps on my website, which has a forum section for Palm Sized PCs...

3.) I do not see why TCPMP would not work, as I think it works with CE 2.0 and above, although I am not sure about playback performance..
Also, CE Geek has hacked Pocket PC programs on his Palm Size PC (though his is MIPS).. I believe Pocket TV has a PsPC version..

Both PocketTV and TCPMP will work in both MIPS and SH3 Palm-size PCs with CE 2.11 (the Jornada 4xx series is SH3) - and, yes, PocketTV will work in 2.01 Palm-size PCs, as can be seen from the link provided by tenjeangosi above, though of course those devices are monochrome only. Wodeon will also work.
There is also a version of Windows Media Player for Palm-size PC; tenjeangosi found some download links for that. (Of course, these are all free.)
My success in making Pocket PC apps work in the Palm-size PC has been the result of using the same hexedited files that cmonex has supplied for making Pocket PC apps work in H/PC Pro. Unfortunately, that success has been limited to MIPS devices thus far because, as cmonex has pointed out, there are very few usable SH3 DLL files to hexedit. The Jornada 4xx series is a high-quality device, but that's the one limitation. That's why I settled on the Casio Cassiopeia E-105, which I think is the best Palm-size PC ever made. It's truly a gem among Palm-size PCs.
