I find Pocket IE 3 is very limited in some ways. Anything more current (preferbly free) out there with a WinCE 2.x port?

Thanks,

Waht device are you using? If you have a MIPS processor then get worldtalk off of the user cmonex's website here: http://www.freeweb.hu/izemize/WtalkCE.exe

I'm using a MIPS device, the NEC Mobilepro 770, but WorldTalk wouldn't work. Loaded, ran, but wouldn't browse to any pages =/

Did you try that link I gave you for the file? Put it on your 770 and execute it..
EDIT: Another alternative: Conduits Pocket Browser (I am not sure if it is better than PIE, though..)

i'm running Windows Ce 2.11 MIPS. The executable for the browser is "not a valid Windows application" when run on my MobilePro 780. I too would like to find something a little better than PIE. Does anybody have any other suggestions?

please redownload worldtalkce, it should work on the 780!
file size is 797696 bytes. if the copy you downloaded is not identical in size, thats the problem and you need to redownload it.
