The easiest way to approach this question is for me to ask what printer(s) are you trying to get working?
Windows CE doesn't really deal with Printer drivers in the sense that you are likely familiar with - there a very small number of exceptions. Windows CE instead deals with Printer communication protocols. Natively Hewlett Packards PCL specification and then through third-party apps Epson, Canon etc.
The HCL on this site gives you a starting point list - if it's hp and HPC2000 compatible, CE4 should be A-OK provided the PCL layer is installed
