Calendar Freezes on 680e

After a thorough search there does not seem to be any existing help on my problem which is: Calendar freezes when opened.

I have 12mb available for operation. Every piece of software except SP1 and drivers has been installed on the CF card to provide max operating RAM and the rest of my software works fine. Not sure what else to add.
