I used the information posted on 09-20-2007 to install an Anycom Blue CF Card (CF-300) on my NEC 900C and it works great. Took an extra month because my GPS Receiver went south. When Anycom sent me a replacement receiver the whole thing installed with only a couple of minor problems.

Thanks a bunch for the software and the installation advice.

I found somewere registry for device with driver for my card. It's using Blue Neighbors form AmbiCom, not Widcomm, but this file isn't included in cab file. I also found in my registry this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Bluetooth\Transports\PCMCIA\AmbiCom,Inc-BT2000E-EE1C
Driver (REG_SZ) :AmbiCom bthamb.dll"

When I inserd this card, in System Properties (Expansion Slots), also in WrTools Res-Info in Storage>PC Cards. Widcomm doesn't detect it, Blue Neighbors show sme "An error occured while config Bluetooth card, please reset your device and try again". I did sofftreset about 10 times but it doesn't help

Ok, I've got reply from AmbiCom:

Quote
Here is the BT2000-CF's driver link, and it is the same as BT2000E-CF.

http://www.ambicom.com/support/installation/bt/bt2kcf.htm

But this driver needs this damn file, bthamb.dll. I found some info on Microsoft pages that it's possible to build it from Platform Bulder:
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms894035.aspx
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa932074.aspx

They are for WinCE 6.0 and 5.0 but .net documentation is very short so maybe it's also possible in ce .net
I hope that (if it possible) You can build it for me

Ok (sorry about post-after-post), this is my conversation with AmbiCom support:

Quote
I:
I have got this BT card - BT-2000E. I want to run it on Windows CE .net 4.20 but I cannot find any drivers for it, only info are about linux drivers for Sharp Zaurus . On yours website I found only BT-2000 and BT-2000E drivers but no one works for me. I was talking with some people who has got this card but nobody found drivers for it.
AmbiCom:
Here is the BT2000-CF's driver link, and it is the same as BT2000E-CF.

http://www.ambicom.com/support/installation/bt/bt2kcf.htm

I:
Thanks for reply. But driver not work. I propably found where's the problem - the driver needs bthamb.dll file, which doesn't exist on my device. Have you got this file or I must build it from WindowsCE Platform Builder?
AmbiCom:
What is your device model?
I:
It's Nec MobilePro 900c, CPU is Intel XScale PXA255 (400MHz)
AmbiCom:
I don't think our BT-CF card product can work on your device CPU model.
I:
But Intel XScale is ARM architecture. So where's the problem?
AmbiCom:
Dear Customer,

Our WinCE.net driver doesn't include WinCE4.20 handheld device driver.

So the question is - If I downgrade my nec to H/PC 2000 will this damn card work?

you should install PB 4.2 yourself to build it.

and no, the driver does not need bthamb.dll, my ambicom BT2000-CF card works fine without it.
