Jornada 680 dying; will pay for help in converting to new device

I think this is pretty straightforward, but it's beyond what I can do.

Running ActivSync 3.1 and have a key Visual CE database that needs to come over.

Have run a restore and have all the data brought over to the spare 'out of the box' Jornada 680, but having trouble with the partnership connect, and getting the Visual CE application launched to recognize the database.

Any folks out there who'd walk me through this? What's the going rate for this help?

I'm not really familiar with Visual CE, but I can probably help you over remote assistance if you are using Windows XP on the PC.
