inofficial Winampaq fix

Hello there,

winampaq won't play mp3s on some devices... for example the bsquare maui or the Netbook Pro.

in this .zip (dyndns hosted!) you will find two dlls.
one replacement for the in_mp3ogg.dll in the plugins folder and one coredl2.dll for the main winampaq folder.

the problem with the in_mp3ogg.dll was, that it uses funktions that are note present in the coredll.dll of some ce.net devices.

i extracted the coredl2.dll from cmonex ROM and it is MUCH more complete so i alterend the in_mp3ogg.dll to use the coredl2.dll
