mobilepro 780 connectting to wifi

I recently purchased a mobilepro 780 and have the 790 upgrade coming this week so hopefully I wont be dealing with CE 2.11 much longer. The unit came with a Cisco 340 series wireless card but I have been unable connect to any network. I have the most recent software and updated the firmware on the card as well. Now the card is recognized by the mobilepro and both LEDs flash periodically. Where do I go from here to be able to surf the web and see other computers on my home network?
