TCPMP problem

Hello, I hope someone can help.

I've installed TCPMP 0.71 and associated plugins on my Samsung Izzi pro (wince 2.11 / HPc pro MIPS 3000 processor).

It plays avi and views jpgs ok except for very poor rendering of dark areas which end up full of random white pixels.

same pic viewed with easyviewer does not have this problem so its not purely a screen resolution issue.

Any ideas?
