some help for a newbie 256 bit color 65k newer systems and there os

i'm new to ce 2.11 handheld devices and using a hp 820 jornada.question, would the screens on the higher end hp's (720,728,780etc.) and the higher end nec's( 790 900c etc.) display pictures and video better then my unit ( what i see is very grainy and slow frame rates) i think those units run a newer version ce is the a great difference in the os i miss (mini stumbler) net stumbler and 128bit wep encryption. If the answer is yes please post the type you prefer and if there is stereo and a head phone jack. still i like my unit's other traits light intanst on cool long battery etc. i'm becoming very conflicted help.........

All the hp and NEC devices have slow screens. While the systems with HPC2000 are much faster, the display teschnology is older DSTN so doesn't like for like match the PPC displays.

128-bit wep is not dependant on the OS, it is on the driver. You just need a driver with 128-bit support. There NO WPA support.

All CE devices have instant on. The HP 700 series and HPC2000 NEC's have phones sockets.
