The problems you're seeing with the collapsed margins in MSIE I've already discussed somewhere else. It's because the PD9 forum kernel was written to support HTML and I've switched the site to XHTML.
These UI issues will get fixed, but right now I have to triage code faults.  |

| hmm, joy. Dreamweaver 8 - Telling it to "sync changes", that's more of a suggestion really... it might do it, it might not.
I'm not in a position to fix it at the moment. It will have to wait until tomorrow evening.  |

I've sent myself a note to do it when I get home. Hopefully Insurgent still has Thalassa on.
There is an overview of why we had this outage in the front page news.
