Windows CE 2.12 system wipe

is there anyway to compleatly wipe the system of all the information so that it will start over as if it were from the very begining? i need to do this because alll of the software that should be on my device isn't like all of the programs like contacts,excel,access,calculator,calender the only programs that are on the thing are internet explorer and microsoft word?

Moved to 2.11/2.12 support

If your device has 2.12 on it, then it never had Contacts, Tasks, Calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 2.12 is a core release, not a H/PC Platform release.
