I need some suggestions for removing ink marks from my HPC screen. I have one of those Belkin 4-in-1 stylus thingies and every so often I forget to check which nib is selected and my screen gets a spot of ink!

I have tried Widget Software's Screen Wash which cleans the screen very nicely but does not remove the ink marks - any suggestions?

Yes, yes, I know I should have fitted a screen protector but I put off buting one for ages (I'ved ordered a set now).

Rubbing alcohol or if in doubt vodka. Damp a soft cloth in it, ensure it wont drip and gently rub. It does have a low evaporation point, but I'd suggest clearning off the alcohol with something non-abrasive afterwards.

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll give them a try - although I don't think I can muster the emotional strength necessary to spit on my screen so I'll stick to the second suggestion
