HPC DOOM: play TWILIGHTS WARRIORS,007 GOLDEN EYE and others.

HPC DOOM can run PLutonia,Tnt,Doom and Doomu because Doom is a console engine. Then we can play any game designed specially to run on it. A game that can play on it is named MOD.
I found two MODs that works perfect on it: TWILIGHTS WARRIORS ans 007 GOLDEN EYE. Not all MOD can play on HPC DOOM because there are differents MODs to run on anothers advanced or modificated Doom engine.but you can try to run any WAD file designed to run on Doom I.

TWILIGHTS WARRIORS

To play Twlights Warriors
Copy twilights.Wad file in HPC Doom folder.
Change twilights.wad name for plutonia.wad or got to START, RUN, browse Doom file de HPCDoom and add -file twilights.wad
If you have a HPC with Fixvid problem then use -file twilights.wad -fixvid
Run HPC Doom.


007 GOLDEN EYE

To play 007 Golden Eye
The files inside zip is Doom2.wad, but is not the original Doom2.
Copy this file to the HPC Doom folder.
If you have the original Doom2 file you can to move to another folder because this file rewrite the last.They have the same name.
Use -fixvid if you HPC needs this command.
Run HPC Doom.


Be sure you have sufficient free memory to run HPC Doom.
Every MOD has a few MegaBytes.

tehe, fiddling doom WAD's can be fun.

I remember "back in the day" playing the Japaense Anime 'Sailor Moon' doom. Hilarious, changed everything to be pink and fluffy, and you had magical powers instead of guns.

There are laso AVP, Wolfenstein and more mods.

A few years ago out of nostalgia I brought the Ultimate Doom trilogy, which is Doom I, Doom II (extended) and a third CD full of new levels, wads and so on.
Suffice to say, since having a HPC2000 device, I have been kept entertained

Just wish they'd have updated it for TCP/IP multiplayer support.

Polygon Base

Instalation
You need the original Doom2 file in HPC Doom folder: doom2.wad
The game file download here:

The zip file I renamed to polygon.wad
Copy in HPC Doom folder.
Go to START, RUN, browse Doom file de HPCDoom and add -file polygon.wad
If you have a HPC with Fixvid problem then use -file polygon.wad -fixvid


Earth

Instalation
You need the original Doom2 file in HPC Doom folder: doom2.wad

The Darkening Episode 2

This game has graphics inspired at Quake2.
Instalation
You need the original Doom2 file in HPC Doom folder: doom2.wad

Copy in HPC Doom folder.
Go to START, RUN, browse Doom file de HPCDoom and add -file darken.wad
