There are 2 programs that act as DOS emulators.
They run most dos applications, and even some games as well.
It's not fast, but hey, it works.

they aren't cheap, so it just depends on how importent it is for you, but they both have trial versions availiable.
A 200lx has native dos, but I believe it's like DOS4 or 5
(correct me if i'm wrong'. if your program you need works on an older dos version, it "might" work.
I am pretty sure that the 200lx can not handle graphics as good as pocketdos though.
