Lots of them for you...

Laridian Pocket Bible at http://laridian.com. The HPC version isn't listed, but is available through special order...just ask them

or there are html versions such as hpcbible with which you can download the entire bible and read it using the IE program....

or just simple ebook readers with the bible in text format such as

ubook: http://www.gowerpoint.com/uBook_main.html
mobiepocket: http://www.mobipocket.com/en/DownloadSoft/downloadManualinstall.asp
isilo: http://www.isilo.com/index.htm
handybook: http://www.smartphonetoday.com/software/hpc/Handybook-1998-12-08-ce-hpc.html#download
haali: http://haali.cs.msu.ru/pocketpc/index.html.en
ereader pro: http://www.ereader.com/ereader/software/browse.htm

Oh yeah...and if you want to stick with Olive Tree, then go here: http://www.olivetree.com/pocketpc/download.php?a=olderdevices and download the zip file for CE 2.11. Inside the zip look for the HPC MIPS 211 cab file and copy it to your device and run it. It runs fine on the 790....
