CIMEDATA.zip

Recently I was searching around the Internet and had found a Chinese input method for Windows CE. Using a combo of search engines and archive.org I could almost re-create the necessary parts to be in business. That is, I was able to get a good lightweight font and the program executables for various platforms. However, not on the Internet nor on the archive.org was a copy of cimedata.zip, which is a necessary file to be able to use the package. The approximate timeframe that it was brought out to the Internet was 1999. Does anyone still have a copy of that file from the freeware package?
