| Hi. I just want to say that I ordered batteries for my Jornada 820, and when it arrived it was totally wrong. I almost expected this. I once asked the seller at an eBay store, that sold purportedly those batteries, if the batteries he sold were really for Jornada 820, and he said that he had made a mistake and that they weren't.
Now when I were searching for these batteries I actually found the same seller selling the sam batteries, f1266a, which 1. doesn't look like the battery for the 820, and 2. Doesn't even say that they are for Jornada 820 but for 920 (?).
Why would they put the product number there if it is wrong, and I also contacted eBay, and they still haven't taken away this company's description which is: BATTERY FOR HP Jornada 920 ,928 PDA SERIES,F1266A
Would these batteries work with Jornada 820 if I tampered with them in some way? Could I connect other batteries to the old battery case?
My original batteries power rating is: 7.2V and 3.2Ah
The new ones are 3.7V and 950mAH

| Several of us here were already aware of that incorrect eBay listing. See this thread:
