That's a little too expensive for me... I mean here in Japan, you can get cell phones with 2Megapixel camera for 1yen ~($0.01)(not Windows Mobile, but with MP3 Player, etc. ) and ones with TV tuner for about 5000yen~($50.00)... If it was $100 I'd buy it... 
But Win CE.NET still attracts me..
I would seriously considering buying one if it comes down maybe 25%.
