aircrack-ng & orinoco (helldragon)

Firstly, I HAVE read over the tutorials, and I HAVE tried to google my mind away. However, I can't get a straight forward explanation how to get this to work... I know it can be done I just have no clue... I'm a bit overwhelmed by the various methods.. and i don't know which one i should do (i tried following a couple with no success).

so if someone could give me a step by step process specifically for the orinoco (i overheard helldragon on irc saying how he has one) that would be awesome.
