Did you not say you had a CE3 driver PPC driver?
Did it install driver?
If it did install did you download and run executability check against the driver files?
What was the result?

OK Seems to be a WIDCOMM driver that comes with the DCF650...
So it wil need exechecked once installed..... Or go to the same link I gave you yesterday and try downloading the HPC2000 WIDCOMM drivers.

So you tried this driver?

Not sure what "it was not started" means. Did it install? Does the little BT icon appear on system tray? Does it turn blue when you pop card in? Is there an error? If there is please post details.
