Sigmarion 3 software updates

I was just wandering if anyone could explain what the various software updates for the Sigmarion 3 actually does. Are they worth installing, i.e. do they improve performance? I am thinking about:

SDIO
Picelbrowser 1.1.5
Sigmarion 3 update (same as SIG3SP?)
Windows Messenger
USB HID
USB Storage

SDIO - enables SDIO cards to be used in SD slot. I belive it also improves speed of SD and improves performance graphics on ATi Imageon as well

Picsel Browser - It's a version that can be installed to and works from memory card (so you can delete the original in internal ram and free up some space.

USB HID - Human Interface USB Device Driver (mouse, keyboard)
USB Storage - USB Driver for memory sticks, USB hdd's etc.

Windows Messenger - Just a patched version of the Windows Messenger in ROM

Not sure what Sigmarion 3 update is off the top of my head.

The SDIO improves performance of SD and GRFX quite noticeablly, the rest are patches and drivers. Though the less you have stored on internal ram the faster the Sig3 runs (so it would make sence to install Picsel to storage card and delete original files).
