external monitor mobilepro 900

I have acquired the cable for the external monitor for the nec900, ok only that it is looked in the same dimensions. someone is to acquaintance of like setting up it in order to see the external monitor for entire?

Using the external monitor only shows normal hpc screen size, 640 x 240, no larger, except for using Powerpoint displays.

For some time I used to have MP790 and MP900 and I could compare both. One thing that amazed me was that the external monitor display on MP790 was by far superior to MP900!

First, MP790 has much more stable and brighter display. The quality of image is more than enough, although the size is only 640x240 pixels. On the other hand, the image on external monitor with MP900 is dim. Moreover, there seems to be a problem with the left edge of the screen being hardly visible (about 10 pixels). I checked it on two different MP900 items and both had exactly the same problem.

Second, the PowerPoint viewer on 790 could easily do 800x600 or 1024*768 pixels on an external screen. This option is non-existent on 900C, but this seems to be the problem with the WinCE.Net version of PowerPoint viewer, not with MP900 hardware.

Try using the HPC2000 viewers on the 900C and see what happens. My 900C works beautifully on an external monitor and is really identical to my 790 and 900 in performance. It may be possible that you are the victim of circumstance...twice.

Ipaqit: 640 x 240 only on Mobilepro and external monitor except when using Slideshow, then 800 x 600 on external monitor only.
