Rom for Pioneer AVIC-S2

If anyone can find a winceimg.bin and .cks i'd be more than happy
Ruined my device.

if you have another S2 that is working, we can dump the rom and make a winceimg from it

I might be able to get a hold of one. But how do i dump the rom? Is it a complicated process?

some guy contacted me in PM but the romdump file he sent was worthless.

anyone who has an avic s2, should use diskrw.exe to dump rom.

I don't know why this dump rom is bad. I'm looking for someone who has got unlocked AVIC-S2!

it is no good, because that program is for NOR rom dump. have you tried diskrw.exe?

I found some guy on the net. He did this dump. Now there is no answer from him (i wrote to him about diskrw.exe)

I'm looking for this two files. I can't find it anyhere. Maybe there is some other way to get work my avic-s2?

well, try to find the guy again

diskrw.exe isn't working on avic-s2 (there is win core 4.2)

ok, i have another program that does the same and will run on CE, but that needs some testing, so get onto IRC irc.freenode.net #hpcdev

someone sent me a valid rom dump (was made by bkondisk, btw),

and I created a working rom image for avic s2

(NOT for s1, NOT for any other device!!!)

flash using "winCE by SD/MMC + format" option in bootloader (do not use uboot/bootloader update options)

i was wrong and i installed in on pioneer avic s1 now the touchscreen don't work, does anyone hepl me? i need a romdump for pioneer avic s1
