To make J680 fairly usable for internet surfing, JLime is an option.

What about Jornada 728? Has it a full internet capability?

I have to find a handheld like Jornada that let me go on the web without problem on viewing sites.

The 728 is the same as the 720 except that it has twice as much RAM (64 MB). Like the 720, it has PIE 4 onboard.

J7xx needs RedGear and Opera or JLime to enable better internet surfing. PIE4 is too limited for you.

RedGear is in its prerelease status: www.alpaxo.com. You can buy it now or wait until v1.0 on 11/1/2008. Suitable version of Opera was also suggested there by RedGear's developer.
