Need help installing Voice2go on Wince 4.2

I have a pioneer avic-s2 gps that I have running mio pocket. works great but I want to run a application called voice2go but I seem to missing dlls to run this application

at first I seem to be missing
I tried to use the exe check and it said aygshell.dll can't be loaded
imgdecmp.dll can't be loaded
imgdecmp.dll or it's lined file can't be found
ceshell.dll can't be loaded
commctrl.dll can't be loaded

but after running alot of different dll I got the point where it was said it can't load ceshell.dll

does anyone have voice2go running on wince 4.2 that can help me out
