Hi all,

I have tried several hard resets with no results..

My MP900C loses it's screen calibration settings.. after 2 or 3 on/off's I will have to reset the calibration.. with this problem it usually thinks the stylus is set about 1/4 inch to the left.

I'm running firmware P530_42 1.8.5

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Common problem - lots of threads here on this. The solution may well be a simple one: tighten the screw under a small cover near the end of the hinge.

You might also try updating the firmware to 2.02 if that doesnt work.. Cmonex's website has the file and instructions on it.

Sounds like a hardware problem, either collected dust/dirt under the edges of the screen or loose lcd ribbon cable, hence the screw tightening procedure....
