HELP - CAN ANY BODY HELP ME PLEASE - HELP

I AM TRYING TO REBOOT MY OLD PC WHICH RUNS ON WIN 95
I HAVE MOVED HOUSE 3 TIMES IN LAST FEW YEARS AND I JUST
CAN'T FIND MY WIN 95 MICROSOFT CERTIFICATE AUTHORISATION
NUMBER. I HAVE GOT THE BOOT DISC AND THE ORIGINAL WIN 95 CD
BUT NO CERTIFICATE.

IS THERE ANYHING I CAN DO?

CAN ANYBODY HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

This has absolutely nothing to do with Handheld PC's (which is what this site/forum is all about) so you're asking in the wrong place

Having said that, if you can boot into Windows you can search the registry for the original code which was used to install the OS.

Other then that, ask among your friends. A lot of people who owned Win95 have long since upgraded, and usualy people still keep all the books and cd's from their computer.

Yes ... get a new license! ... and stop posting in CAPS ...

Or better yet, get a new ultra-thin notebook OR get a HandheldPC and dun have to worry about reinstalling the OS ever!
