Socket CF Bluetooth Card 8510-00159K

Sorry if this question has been asked before.

I have recently purchased from eBay this Socket CF Bluetooth Card 8510-00159K for my Psion Netbook Pro and thinking to use it to connect to the internet using my Nokia bluetooth phone. However, many attempts have tried I just couldn't get it connected to the Internet by using this Socket CF bluetooth Card. I am very sure nothing wrong on my Nokia Bluetooth phone as it was able to connect to the Internet using my Laptop running under Windows Vista.

According to the Psion's documentation the card should work without any additional drivers so I did not instal any additional software but after scanning of devices, the card found my Nokia bluetooth phone and that's all nothing come out...May I know how do I continue to do the settings to connect to the Internet?

Is there any additional software that I am lacking? Where can I download for it?
Your advice and guidance is appreciated.
