Webcam driver for CE?

I stumbled on this page today:

Seems a Webcam driver has been compiled for CE 4.2 .net and higher. But I can't tell from the discussion there whether anyone's actually gotten it working on a CE device. Anyone here heard anything?

Why not give it a go and try compiling it and using it on a CE 4.2 device?

Me, compile? The only thing I know about C++ is that that's the best grade I could hope for in a computer science course.

The ZIP package doesn't have an installer or a CAB file. There are lots of files that look Visual C-related, plus a DLL file or two. I really wouldn't know what to do with them.
