So I tried it on a couple of devices: my Airpanel 100 and my Sig 3. It's picky about resolution: it has to match with the device or it won't work. So neither the 480x640 nor the 480x800 versions worked on the Airpanel. But the 480x800 version works perfectly on the Sig 3 - see the screenshot below.
All you need is cellcore.dll. The app's CE version identifier actually gives the CE version as 3.0, so maybe it'll work on an ARM H/PC 2000 device if the resolution is emulated in Nyditot Virtual Display.
Best dollar I ever spent!
