I hate to admit it but I bought an HP 568 pocket PC off ebay, since it was cheap and am having fun configuring this ARM device, though battery life seems short with the stock 1350mAh bat. Will have to try some of the programs. Unfortunately, my MS entertainment pack 2 won't work because the RH of the screen is cutoff (being 640x240), but have mostly found substitute programs....but then this is a different forum...sorry.

There's a switch - trying H/PC apps on a Pocket PC.

It is doable with some apps, since some will wrap to the screen size, and others can be manually moved back and forth across the screen with the stylus. (I use HP Backup on my Jornada 430SE Palm-size PC the latter way. I even got Executability Check to work that way, but I have to run it from the command line using Conduits' Run utility to check files outside of the My Documents folders.)

Another nice reason to get a ppc with the capability of vga landscape...runs most all hpc software pretty well.

Ya - but in the long run you'll still be disappointed with the Peddle PC!
