Help with Adobe Reader 2 for Wince 4.2 Rotate

Hello.
I am new here and this is my first post.
I am running Adobe reader 2.0 for wince 4.2 by Cmonex. It works wonderfully except for just one thing.
I cannot rotate the page into the portrait mode. The Adobe guide says to turn on the Rotate icon but I cannot get Customize Toolbar to work. When I choose the Customize Toolbar menu item, something shows up at the bottom but with only an OK button and nothing else. Has anyone been able to rotate the page? Thank you.

Actually, I think I solved my own question.
After tinkering around, I was able to install Adobe reader 1.0 and got the rotate toolbar icon to show up so I can view in portrait mode at last. Adobe reader 1.0 renders better than all the other pdf readers I have tried so far, including Primer 3.1, pocketxpdf, MS pdf viewer, and foxit. I can run all of these under wince 4.2 but adobe reader 1.0 is still the fastest.
