| I am having trouble running iBrowser on H/PC Pro (Jornada 680). I downloaded the installer from tucows, and installed it in the default directory. However, when I try to run it, it just shows a message saying "Cannot find 'iBrowser' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and all the required libraries are available."
Am I missing a library somewhere? The excutable is at
\Program Files\iBrowser\iBrowser.exe
The only reason I care is that Pocket I.E. and Pocket Browser both seem to have the same problem. I can load the front page of slashdot, but when I click on a "read more" or login link, it gets the URL mixed up and tries to load, say "file:////slashdot.org/comments.pl?...blahblahblah" instead of "http://slashdot..."
As far as I can tell, that's slashdot's fault, since their links look like
<a HREF = "//it.slashdot.blah"> without the 'http:'
Anyway, does anyone have iBrowser working on H/PC Pro? Did you have to fix anything first?
Thanks. | |

| PIE is the most advanced of the three.
Both foliage and conduits's browsers were aimed at the PsPC and not the H/PC. Chances are that you have downloaded a PsPC binary. | |
